Nathalie Oosterlinck is the Managing Executive Officer and Global Head of Renewables at JERA Co., Inc. With over two decades of experience in the energy & infrastructure sector and more than 12 years in Offshore Wind, Nathalie joined JERA Co in 2021 and was a driving force in shaping the strategy and expansion of JERA’s renewables business and team on a global scale. Prior to joining JERA, she excelled in various leadership roles, including CEO of Otary and Head of Special Projects at DEME Group, demonstrating expertise in general management and further solidified her reputation as a leader in renewable energy, offshore wind, and hydrogen initiatives. Complementing her extensive business experience, Nathalie's academic background includes an Executive MBA from Harvard Business School. She continues to drive innovation and foster diverse teambuilding, aiming to create a greener and more sustainable future.​
