Adam Flint is an experienced senior HR professional with over 15 years working in the field., across various geographies around the world, including extensively with US, EU/UK and APAC markets.

Previous to joining JERA Nex – Adam was the Head of Talent (EMEA) for Google as well as the Global Head of Talent for Amazon (Audible). In addition, working in various consulting/NED roles with scale ups, predominantly PE and VC backed firms, has provided Adam with a wide range of experience in both scaling up organisation alongside understanding best practice in international conglomerates.
