Marianne Khoo

Marianne Khoo is the Legal Director at JERA Nex, bringing over 15 years of post-qualification experience in multi-jurisdictional energy and infrastructure projects. She has worked extensively with project developers, owner-operators, equity investors, and financial institutions.

Prior to joining JERA Nex, Marianne served as Vice President (Legal) at Victory Hill Capital Advisors LLP and as Legal Director at John Laing Group, where she advised on investment, divestment, and asset management activities related to renewable energy and PPP/PFI assets across Europe, Australia, North America, and Latin America.

Her sector expertise spans both development-stage and operational renewable energy projects, including onshore and offshore wind, solar PV, CHP biomass, as well as core and core-plus infrastructure.

Marianne holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from King’s College London and is admitted to practice in England and Wales, having trained and qualified at Clifford Chance in London.
